Broker of the Year
Nanaimo, BC – The Canadian Mortgage Professionals named Greg Nowik as 2013 “Broker
of the Year” at the Canadian Mortgage Awards. The prestigious award was
presented in Toronto on May 10th by a panel of judges.
The
CMP Canadian Mortgage Awards are celebrated as an opportunity to recognize the brightest stars in the Mortgage Brokering Industry. When judging the “Broker of the Year” award, loan volume, quality
of submissions, conversion rates, overall customer service and stakeholder
engagement were key considerations.
"To receive this coveted award, among the top brokers in
the field is certainly gratifying. To represent our industry and community for
something I love doing is a privilege.” said Nowik. “I praise the efforts of my
team and thank our clients and associates who have supported us throughout the
years.”
This is one more in a long list of awards Nowik has received
including Mortgage Architects Top Producer and Top Efficiency, Western Region
2012; The Mortgage Intelligence Award of Excellence in 2004 and 2005 as well as
MCAP Recognition of Outstanding Achievement for more than six years
running. Nowik also serves on the Broker
Advisor Board for CMHC and Mortgage Architects.
Nowik's
team at Universal Mortgage Architects has been working in the industry for more
than twenty years. "I meet personally with
