Looks For The 'Morning Bite'
The bottom right corner of the above photo shows a serious early morning angler trying his luck at the mouth of the Millstone River where it empties into the harbour.
This was before 6:00 am with early morning light just barely breaking on the horizon, and with all the smoke of late, the sun never did make an appearance.
It is unknown if this fisherman's skill and persistence were rewarded with something for the frying pan, but it was an absolute perfect morning to wet a line !
