No problem. After all, no city councillor would dare claim an attendance allowance for a meeting they all ran away from, would they?

ReplyDeleteRight after the awarding of the contract Mayor McKay told CTV News:
"I would expect the contractor will be mobilizing, getting crews together, getting his equipment together and materials and start assembling them on site within days."
So much for the city saying work begins Sept 15. The tearing-up of the park to move equipment into place starts THIS WEEK!
D’ya think the mayor and city staff knew that all along?
