Those Lazy Hazy Crazy Days of Summer
Kids and water seem to have an absolute attraction for each other, especially during the days of summer under blue skies and warming sunshine.
The top photo shows kids enjoying the outdoor swimming pool at Bowen Park which offers a safe place for kids to cool off.
The bottom shows kids searching for treasure at low tide in one of the pools at Swy-a-lana Lagoon in Maffeo Sutton Park downtown. With a small dip net, bucket and sharp eye kids will be amazed what they can find, that us 'too busy' grown ups just rush on past all the time.
