Performers

Wellington Jazz Band
Wellington Jazz Combos pay homage to the jazz greats drawing from the standards to create a
high energy performance. The students perform at a number of festivals locally, across Canada
and into the United States, honing their stage skills and their knowledge of jazz music. Thanks to
the strength of a Wellington Jazz Academy program led by Carmella Luvisotto and Steve Jones,
Wellington students always do well at these events, and plan to share the vitality of their festival
performances with the audiences of Nanaimo.

Terra Zetto
Terra Zetto is a multi-instrumental trio featuring continental musical styles from Europe, North and South America. Add a dash of gypsy, jazz, Bossa, Latin and funky styling and voila! You have this unique musical blending.

The Wave Quartet
After sailing off on different adventures, WAVE Quartet has resurfaced in 2010 to bring you more of that great barbershop sound you’ve been missing. They will woo you with their love songs, make you laugh with their quirky ones, bring you to tears with the beauty and poignancy of their sad songs. Whatever they sing, Wave lifts you and carries you along on a sea of beautifully produced vocal offerings. These women love what they do, and they rock!

Theo Massop Trio
Theo Massop Trio sing and play a variety of original roots based rock, pop and blues music. Glen Foster Group Glen Foster Group play original folk rock and country flavoured pop.

Masimba Marimba Band
