Robert James Mitchell Arrested
Police tagged local graffiti criminal, Robert James Mitchell after he was witnessed defacing private property in the Terminal Park mall.
He was observed by officers defacing a recycling bin at about 3:30 pm last Friday. He will remain in custody until June 30.
This fellow was also out on a recognizance of bail for two previous tagging episodes and is well known to local police.
Comment: It would be nice to see the judge in this case, require Mitchell to spend about 200 hours cleaning up these ugly examples of criminal activity that are scarring our city, instead of spending thousands of tax dollars cleaning up after these hoodlums.
