Posties Should Be Working Tuesday
After debating for over two days, Bill-C6 finally passed the House of Commons which would see Postal workers back to work as early as Monday. It still must pass the Senate which will debate the bill today (Sunday). The legislation will actually see workers receive an increase which is less than what Canada Post had originally offered.
Whether union members want to blame the government or their own union for this loss is a matter for someone else to debate. In any case, it will be good to start getting junk mail again, as that is about all our household gets via snail mail anymore.
