We Need To Hire A New Weatherman
As the above image from the Weather Channel clearly shows, Nanaimo has to seriously consider hiring a new weatherman.
Obviously he/she is not aware that it is now officially summer and why they keep insisting on providing daytime highs we would usually expect in Oct. or Nov. is a true mystery.
The current weather does mean you don't have to fuss so much about your container grown plants, and hanging baskets as they certainly are not going to dry out too fast right now. However, it also means they are not likely to be growing too fast either.
